Feb 18th: Handy

Today I'm grateful for an afternoon relatively free to spend at my leisure.  I chose to mosey on down to the river and have a mooch around with my camera.  This shot brought a little smile to my face.

Feb 17th: Carry me home

Today I'm grateful that Costa do coffee cup carriers or getting home with 3 drinks this afternoon would have been a bit tricky.

Feb 16th: The Squirrel Wife

Today I'm grateful for this book I found in the library.  We've been reading it together because Alex calls me Squirrel. Ahhh.

Feb 15th: Spa-lendid

Today I'm grateful for the twilight spa package Alex's parents bought us for Christmas. Super lovely afternoon.

Today I'm grateful for the beautiful roses my husband sent me for Valentine's day.

Feb 13th: Phew

Interview done. An afternoon eating burgers with my brother in order. Grateful it went well and that Simon was about to entertain me afterwards.

Today, or more specifically very late tonight, I've very grateful to finally be all ready for my interview and presentations tomorrow. Bring it on.

Today I'm grateful to Furze Platt Infant School and specifically the bumble bees for having me today.

Today I'm grateful that Poppa has reached the grand old age of 90 and that he had all (well, much of) his family around to share it with him.

Here is my mummy putting on a brave (and slightly maniacal) face having spent ALL day and evening helping me prepare for my teacher training interview, despite a stinking cold. Gratefuls.

Today I am SO grateful to my grandma who helped me achieve this.

Feb 6th: impromptu date night

Today I'm grateful for an impromptu date night having had a particularly frustrating and fed up inducing day and needing to just get out the house and out of the rut for a bit. Also grateful for the voucher we had that made that possible.

Today I'm grateful for the opportunity to get a good dose of fresh air in my lungs, under a blue sky and amongst the bird song.
